Message ecu. I discovered that the calculated K values were off just a bit for best operation. I created a map that has all the cells set to 0 offset. With this map and a W/B O2 Sensor, I was able to adjust the K value till the car held a reasonably steady 14.7:1 ratio. Plugging that derived K value back into the custom map made a substantial difference in performance and idle quality.

For what it is worth, I have since performed the same exercise on a car with upgraded Nismo injectors with the same result.
My conclusion is that injectors are variable and it is worthwhile to get a matched set. Either Deatschwerks (who match them up before selling) or having new Nismo's flow tested to be sure they are close in output. Although if you find that one of the Nismo's is out side the average for the group I don't know what you can do about it.

I also recommend that after you buy any aftermarket chip you should check the mixture with a 0 cell map and have your K value adjusted accordingly.
I guess if there was much demand, I could whip up some chips with the 0 cell maps for use in determining the proper value but I figure that if you are set up to do anything about it, you can probably make your own.
