I believe the FAW has a writeup on this, but its pretty easy. Drain radiator, disconnect hoses. Remove 4 bolts holding fan on. Remove two top brackets holding radiator. Remove radiator with fan in fan shroud. Loosen AC compressor tensioner pulley bolt and tightening bolt. Loosen power steering pump and alternator tensioner bolts. Remove belts. The hardest part is removing the crank bolt holding the pulley on. An impact gun helps dramatically. Use pulley puller to remove stock pulley. Reassembly is reverse of disassembly. Be sure to loosen all tensioners for belts to ease installation of new belts. Be sure to tighten tensioners so that belts have specified slack. This will ensure there is no slippage. Don't worry, car will start. If belts squeal, locate squealing belt and tighten. : and doing it myself. Its an NA and I have basic mechanical skills. I don't have a "pulley puller" though. Long project, tough project? Any horror stories? Should I just bring it down to the local speed shop and though "two bills" at them for doing it? : I've heard a couple of bad stories with squeaking belts, engines not starting back up... : Give me some info! Thanks!
