Message	account, they will bill you for it if the negative balance is high enough for them to justify doing so. If you don't pay it within 30 days they will report it to the credit bureau, and on, and on, and on. In short, if you have a legitimate PayPal account that is confirmed, then PayPal has all the information necessary to kill your credit rating.
