I took my oem one that I took off, cleaned it up, and filled it with urethane. Its as stiff as the nismo mount, but a whole lot cheaper. Filling mounts is a popular thing amoung the honda and 240sx crowds. Its a cheap way to get stiff mounts that are still reliable and work. All you need to do is go buy a thing of 3m window weld from the parts store. Its like 16 bucks or something. Put it on a calking gun and go to work. Just shoot it into the cracks of the oem mount. I also filled the sides of my mount and then used a straight edge to flatten them out. Let it dry for about 2 days. It will feel soft for the first 48 hours while it drys, then it gets stiff. You have to make sure that you are completely filling the gap though with the urethane or it wont work as well. You dont want any air gaps. I will take some pictures of mine and post them up. I have a feeling I need a fire suit after this post.
