because it's mostly opinion, i won't get into some things, except facts.

maintenance on a TTZ is often, but not too bad if you like to work on cars, or have the $ to pay for:

60k service, see FAQ
tires every year
synthetic oil every 2500 mi
super unleaded at these crazy prices
turbos
clutch

but you'll most likely want to go to stage3 immediately and be in the 12s. do search on stage 3...good upgrade, cheap.
