If you look in the passenger side foot space, pull up the carpet and remove the 4 screws holding the wood down, and for me I had to unscrew the 3 screws holding the ECU in place, right underneath there is a rubber grommet that you can just pull out and run the power cable threw there, my rubber grommet was still soft enough to put back into the hold with the wire and is air tight, I would post pics but dont have any, if you have any questions feel free to email me
