Saturday I picked up my Remstar XL. I'm running 8cm of mercury. I'm talking ME, not my car. So now I'm better than all of you, since I run boost. :) I have Sleep Apnea. The REM-Star is a c-pap machine that pushes air into my nose while I sleep, so I don't snore louder than my dogs. Pressure is preset at the factory, but the machine is adjustable for altitude, Low, Medium, or High. And no StEaMyZ, there is no nitrous port. This is some serious stuff, I'm told. No results yet, but hope to see some postive results in a few weeks. For all you HEAVY snorers out there, get it checked.
