Message and both have their strong points.. lets start with the 7..
a 3rd gen rx7 is just about the best performing production car ever made. dont flame me for this. when i say performing, im not necessarily talking about stats and numbers, im talking about fun to drive, power, handling, feel, etc. theyre so god damn light. its crazy what that will do to the performance of a car. they look pretty damn good as far as im concerned. get some rims, and i dont care what these guys above me said, you will get looks. the inside is nice as hell also. and the last strong point is that there is a bov kit that shoots the air right out the fender. how sweet is that? now, the reliability is definitlye a problem. youll have fun in your 7 for about 75000 miles. then party is over. and its not really a matter of chance. it pretty much happens every time. so theres my evaluation of the 7.
the z. the performance is outstanding. this car was designed to hold its own, anywhere, and it does. if i can line up with a mustang, kick his ass, keep up with a god damn ferrari on a windy road, set the suspension to touring mode for the ride home, while gettin looks from every god damn angle, well then i think im gonna hang on to my z. i love the car. and the more i know, then the more i like it. sure, its complicated, and a bitch to work on, and expensive to mod. if you cant hack it, thenyou dont belong behind the wheel of a z. thats where the dedication starts to surface. the reliability is not a problem.. honestly, im always fixing something on my car. all the time, i have something to fix. but thats what i take pride in, and its not a problem. if i dont understand whats wrong, i find out by asking questions right here, and i fix it. and i enjoy it. i really think it takes a different mentality to have a z. serioulsy. take a look at this forum. there are guys that are on this forum no less than 12 hours a day!! i dont think other car owners have that kind of dedication. if you think you belong in a z after reading this, then more power to ya. its up to you, just dont get a z and neglect it, or youll get nothing out of it.
