The error is the speedo reading about 5mph slower than your actual speed at 65 mph. 275/35/18 is a common size for people running 18's in the rear. It looks like you can squeeze the 18x9's up front too - the chart below shows an 18x8.5 wheel with +35 offset will work so it would seem that the extra 1/4" on each side of the 18 x 9 wheel shouldn't cause you much trouble. You might have some tire rub when the steering is at full lock or when going over large speed bumps.
