I can't recall if you need to take the downpipe off as well, but it's either just the midpipe, or the midpipe and downpipe from the passenger side that you have to remove. After that, it's 1 12mm nut, 1 12mm bolt, and I believe another 12mm bolt holding a wiring harness down. Take those out, unbolt the power wire from the starter itself (10 or 12mm nut I believe) and it should be totally disconnected. Once you get access to it it's cake, getting the exhaust out of the way is the only labor intensive part
