Message At 104K, if you are still running on stock clutch, I believe, it is almost time for a change. Personally, I switched to redline 10W30 at 115K. I had changed all the oil seals that you had mentioned during my 120K service and also the previous owner had replaced the stock clutch around 90K at the dealer. So, I think they would have replaced the rear main seal at the same time.
