Message	He did it for free with the understanding that they would donate part of the proceeds to conservation or something, but they never did. The whale plate might go away because of it. I'm thinking of turning in my 9/11 plate. I got BOOZTT (i.e. Boost/Z-TT) a couple years ago, but everyone thinks it means BOOZE IT. Not exactly what you want cops thinking.
