Your right, I was a little upset yesterday I should have waited a day and calmed down before trying to post my problem. I would have never installed damaged goods on 7-11 if I was not promised by him he would replace it. But because the ECU had a 30 day limit on the return I did give him the option let me return it all, and I just go somewhere else. Yes the first one was due to Japan’s packing, but the second one was packed very well, by them. Yes it could have been damage on its way from Japan too, but don’t send it to me damaged. If you read these few e-mails you will see. Thank you

:I would mount them on the car, and see if you can see the dents, looks they like are at the bottom, so you might not even be able to see them.

:2: I would mount the entire exhaust, and see if you can see damage. It's going to be too expensive to keep shipping exhausts, as the one you returned was perfectly fine, and probably would not have shown.

:Great, please make sure you do not run the car w/ the exhaust on, as we cannot sell the exhaust anymore if you do. The muffler must be returned to us as new, except where you mounted it, as we instructed you do so. We will send you the RH muffler w/ a Call tag for the one w/ the dent on it.

:Greavus: Money is not the point, it’s the game he’s been playing since father’s day, I was very understanding and just kept waiting for parts that had been paid for I think I put up with a lot. After every morning I keep putting an empty box in front of my house for UPS to pick up so he could put a claim in for the damage then also resell it to one of you! Sorry if I did not want the next guy to get stuck with it. Tell-me he was not going to re-sell it! That’s real law-bidding getting paid from both ends. Thank you

:ZmanNH: The first exhaust only took him 24 days, waiting for a good part from Japan is not the problem, but he told my son it was in stock and this is the exhaust he recommended! Remember price was not the issue; he could have sold him a $1,000+ exhaust if he told him that’s what I needed! The issue was that it worked and looked good! Thank you
:Jon 90zx: After I installed it, it worked and I could have put up with the dent, but it would have been nice of him to offer my son & girlfriend a discount! If he would have made the offer, the whole matter would have been dropped and the discount not taken! But instead he lied to me saying how he was going to send me a new one, that he took out insurance on it and would be paid. Now in the e-mail I got from him on 7-20 he’s saying he can’t re-sell it if it’s been on the car! “It’s called double dipping! Thank you

:I just had a very bad business deal with Concept Z Performance. My son and girlfriend bought me a new exhaust and ECU for father’s day from this company and the exhaust came to me twice damaged. Mr. Coz Ceh from Concept Z Performance inc sold these parts to us a week before father’s day and the first exhaust did not come until 7-1-08, when receiving the box from UPS it came broke in two. I did not accept the part and had UPS take it back to the sender. After a phone calls on 7-1-08 to this company they assured me when they got it back they would ship me another. After sending them a e-mail on 7-2-08 telling them to track the box, they wrote me saying they would check the packing before sending the next one.
:The second exhaust came on 7-10-08, packed very well (No damage to the box) but when I opened it to find this exhaust was also damaged. After many e-mails from this company basically saying that sucks, but go ahead and install it anyway and told me again in writing that they would send me a replacement on 7-10-08 I had it installed and sent them photos of it before and after I installed it. 11 days later (7-21-08) I received more e-mail from them asking again which side was it on and by the way don’t drive it so they could re-sell it! I want you all to understand that Mr. Coz Ceh was going to turn in a claim for the damage and also was going to re-sell it as new! I hope no-one on this site orders a HKS Hyper Exhaust System Cpe Z32, Part number: 3106-EX003 from them! Chances are you are going to pay full price for my old DAMAGED EXHAUST! “Good luck in when he tells you his sob-story on how much it costs to ship it!” He’s been paid for that exhaust; once by me, 2nd time from UPS, Now you’re going to pay full price for it!

:All he ever had to do was offer my son’s a discount and it would have been dropped! Not that we would have even taken the discount it’s the attempt that would have matter!
:At this point I’m still real mad! I just want everyone to know he’s double dipping and selling damaged part to someone! I want a mark on his record (BBB) to remind him of me because every time I wash my car I’ll think of him! Now no discount would be accepted, it’s either a full refund or I’ll just be happy if anyone checks out the company before buying something!

:I have been in Business for 24 years on my own and in the field for 31 years, Banks, upscale residential, precious metal companies Federal buildings like the NY Federal reserve, also been involved with Fort Knox & Declaration of Independence. I would say I’m a little honest. When you sign a security contract it’s just like signing a credit card sale, you expect to get what you bought! In the last 24 years I have never been not paid for a job that I did. Mind you 90% of the time I don’t even get a contract signed before starting a job. The 10% of my customers I make sign a contract is because they are unsure of what their buying. Every time I have done this I was wrong, before I could finish packing my tools, they were handing me a check! In my field or when doing a job, I don’t get paid till I finish the job, most of the time it’s 30 to 90 days after I finish the job. So in all cases my customers have been satisfied with my products and workmanship. Not all the time my jobs went smoothly, I have lost my shirt on some jobs mainly because a product that I sold my customers arrived DOA or crapped out after 24 hours. Now I quoted the job say for 4 days who pays for the return site trip and the hours it’s takes getting a RMA, shipping the part back then returning to the job to install it? Do you as the customer want to pay me! That’s the price you pay for owning the company. That’s why you mark up the equipment 10% normal for such a problem.
