Message	First off, if this is how you present yourself to the BBB, good luck with that. Second off, their first response to you will be "why did you accept/install what you deemed to be damaged goods?" The sad thing is this is the type of crap I deal with day in and day out dealing with the public and I still had to read your posts multiple times trying to follow the point you were attempting to make. The exhaust was likely drop shipped directly from the manufacturer/importer and CZP never touched it. Second point, if it were indeed 'USED' as you state, don't you think it would have been discolored from heat and there would have been bolt marks on the flanges from the prior install. Even if it were returned prior to installation by a customer prior to you, I highly doubt it was just resold to you. No offense, but your presentation puts your credibility in the toilet.
