Message	First off.... What? That is really hard to understand and I mean really hard. Secondly, why only give us half of half truths? Post up all the emails from you and him so we can see what actually transpired. Third, of course he is going to want it back. He needs to send it back to HKS to get HIS money back for damaged product as well as for proof if he does submit a claim with the shipper. And lastly, try calling him to work it out. Most things are easily resolved when you call someone. With the way you communicate through typing, you probably could have gotten this taken care of instantly on the phone where you can actually be understood. Coz is good, Coz is great, All Hail Coz. I say this because he is so badass as a vendor and person, and this comes from someone who has actually met the guy.
