Message	This is the newest and latest Transmission for the Nissan 300ZX. As we all know the earlier version of the 300ZX Transmissions have soft syncro rings, and cause grinding in gears. With this latest release from the 98+ Z32 from Japan, the syncro rings, along with a few new designed gears, there is no more grinding.
