Message The VW driver was in control of his car, and the Honda owner was (not) in control of his car. The Honda driver had free will; he decided to race. It shouldn't be the VW owners fault that the other guy couldn't control his vehicle.

I wasn't there, so I can't say for sure what really happened. But what if the VW owner wasn't racing, he was just speeding, and the Honda owner took it upon himself to try to catch the VW?

I've been driving plenty of times on the highway minding my own business, when some other car thought it would be a good idea to catch and pass me. What if that guy crashed trying to catch me? Would it be my fault that he was an inferior driver?

What some other guys said makes sense though, about not giving aid to someone. That VW owner should have stopped, I would have if I was there.

But in this day and age, if you stop and try to helo someone, you can get in trouble anyway. The cops love to play the blame game, and they feel that someone must pay, even if it was just an accident.
