Subject	wheel lugs tq spec?

Message	i was wondering if the tq specs for aftermarket wheels are the same as stock wheels? i have gram light 18" 57f's with some open ended lug nuts not sure if that'll change the tq specs currently its tq down to 100ft lbs i think it may be too much???
