I didn't mean what I said literally (about the advice thing). I remember how bad it was before and I don't want it to become anything like that - sure we have lots of redundant posts but it keeps things alive - and it keeps most of us informed when we continue to see them over and over.... Unless it's bad info (cough cough, like no under piston oil squirters on NA blocks cough cough hack gasp), but that's the exception. :-D As for the harness, I trust that it was only a misunderstanding, we were looking at the connector from two different "points of view"... I was looking at it face to face and you were looking up its butt. :) It's OK Damon, I wont tell anyone. :) But thanks for the info, Its a 50/50 shot once you know that the center wire is the signal to ECU... Fortunately nothing got fried, the Z just ran real funny because I am pulling the 5V reference signal from the TPS, and she was idling at 1500RPM for about 1H of driving time after I wired the pressure sensor correctly.. :-) Good time to reset the ECU. I think you have a great thing here Damon, Although some of my posts may be bold, beliggerent, offensive, or just downright too technical :), I love this place and all of the people here. That's why I keep coming back... BTW: I am a half-insane/addict member, about 15K posts in one year or so. That's not 'cuz I dont like this place. :)

: I've not been wanting to stick the intermediate 'do you know exactly where you want to post?' screen in there, but I'm ***really*** tired of spending all my time separating the technical posts from the general ones on the general forum. It's fair to say I spend 85%+ of my time sorting this when members should be doing it themselves. We're not going back to a single forum system... you and everyone else would *not* like the way I'd admin the content... basically you'd loose 50% of what gets posted in general lately.
: As far as pin placement, that's what's in the manual... the T/S & disconnected icons are in the drawing for diagnostics, I never have found a legend for what T/S is.
