I am not telling anyone how to run their business nor do I give advice on a war when I have never fought in one like littletdoggie and yourself and countless others. You, him and others seem to often forget all the hard work and testing of products Ash has done and keeps doing to benefit these same people(the Z community) who bash him. That is what is "ironic" if you ask me. They are the first to chime in and give business advice and the first to use all his r+d and testing for the betterment of themselves on Z products and than turn around and bash him because a customer didnt get his chip in 24 hrs. Now that, my friend, is fuckin ironic. As far as the degree quote, it was merely a jab saying many people can not/do not have the ability, time, brains, talent, patience and $$, let alone the man hours to do R+D. It seems as though a lot of the energy, time and $$ wasted is for little profit imo. You have to love what you are doing to get this facet right. I did not say you need these two degrees to run a business "well" either. I said it was a good start if you are thinking about R+D. Your last statement I agree with totally with the acknowledgement that again, I have a hard time with someone telling me how to run my business OF "R+D" when they have never even owned this type of business. It is a different business altogether and should be treated as such. Ash is not a customer service expert. He never claimed to be. He is R+D and offers other alternatives which should save $ for the consumer made "custom" for their betterment. It is unfortunate he can not do all aspects by himself. I am glad that the customer service has lagged alittle and not the quality or performance. Just my .02
