And you don't need either of those qualifications to run a business well. Finally, your argument that to criticize a poorly run business you must first run a successful business is fallacious. You don't need to be a genius, an electrical engineer, or a successful business person to recognize the failure of a business, just as I don't need to be a commercial HVAC salesman to recognize that a failure to meet customer expectations in the HVAC business constitutes a poorly run operation. Try to press that point into your brain and think upon it for a minute. Maybe it will click.
