Message	use every possible legit source out there to help you because going un-prepared will be your down fall. I got a ticket for standing up on my motorcycle and fought it and got away with no problem. The sheriff tried to accuse me of "stunting" when I stood up to minimize the blow of a up coming dip in the road. I brought the Motorcycle Safety Foundations book that shows you should stand up on obsticles to lessen the blow. I also took a picture of the place where I was accused of "stunting and its all curved road which would make me either completely stupid to try anything dangerous or the cop a complete idiot. Good luck and you will be fine as long as you do your homework. Check the ticket for any mistakes and check the code he wrote you up for.
