I saw a set that Keepsake sent over to Steve for whatever reason and I've seen plenty of Steve's. Of course, some will say I'm biased as I have all of Steve's kit, but most people know I'm a little too honest sometimes here :) Anyway, Keepsake's are WAY better than stock. It's better leather and thicker. However, I prefer Steve's for a few reasons and under a few circumstances: A) Steve's are a bit more durable. Personally, I wanted mine to last for years without wearing like stock...I mean do we really touch them often and care if they are a bit softer? Not me. B) More color options and stitching options C) It's matched leather OR vinyl (if you want) to the Katzkin and/or SteamyZ leather interior. I had a ebrake boot way back in the day when this all started and the material didn't match the seats. Looked weird. Now they all do. But hey, Keepsake still makes a great product from what I've seen. If you want a stock or J-Spec boot and need it quick, go with him. I haven't heard any major complaints yet I don't think. If you want something custom and/or to match what you have, give Steamy an email. It takes time but it's worth it, as with ANYTHING custom. Later.
