It's inevitable; you post your success and people won't believe it because they haven't ever seen anyone else match it. Most people here don't know anything about your large customer base, and most of your customers don't post here because they hate all the drama and bandwagoning surrounding this forum. You might as well just leave well enough alone. To them, it looks like you're some inexperienced newb, because they don't have a clue that you've been doing this forever. Most of the other mechanics/vendors/racers post on here more often, and have shops that do other things besides just builds and mechanical work, so they build up a better client base and the word spreads on tt.net. They also don't know the relationships you have with the other vendors/mechanics, like Kyle, Greg, Coz and Russell. That's all in the background, i.e. off tt.net, so nobody really knows what's going on in the woodwork.
