Message	I was thinking of situation like these for a while and I decided that if I can't avoid an accident, to hit the person who caused it instead of crashing into the ditch. This way I am protected from taking the blame and it will be the other person's fault 100%. Now he can claim what he said and you have no proof unless you have another witness.
