Message	we can hold a permit to OWN a handgun, which gives you the ability to store it in your house and transport it to and from a gunrange. However there's no such thing as a "conceal & carry" law or anything like that here in Canada. The Liberal Canadians have tried to make it more trouble than it's worth to own a firearm, and as a result you have a largely unarmed society meanwhile there are armed-to-the-teeth criminals running around.
