Basically at

Lift-in Intake Manifold Exhaust %loss
0.050 50.00 48.0000 53.0000 9.4
0.100 91.00 85.0000 89.0000 4.5
0.150 136.0 128.000 124.000 3.13
0.200 175.0 161.000 153.000 5.00
0.250 214.0 182.000 167.000 8.25
0.285 235.0 188.000 172.000 8.51

Mine were done at max of 0.285 and flowed 172

Basically it depends on where you are testing and at what flow rate.

For istance
at 0.285 lift
the head flowed 235
the manifolds flowed 188
and the head + manifold thru the exhaust port flowed 172 (which is really all we care about)

In the case of AMS versus MSP they showed similar results but I would like to see how each individual cylinder flowed. I had done this test for my manifolds and showed a very good balance across them.
