Message But you can fight back.

When ever using paypal when it comes to where the funds come form use your credit card. Paypal will have a pop up trying to persuade you to send funds a different way. Don’t be fooled use your card. Your credit card company will cover you with buyer protection. If you are scammed by someone using paypal all you have to do is contact who ever your card issuer is. If you do not receive merchandise with in 30 days of purchase you can call them up and explain the nature of the fraudulent sale. You may have to fill out a report explaining the nature of what transpired but its pretty much guarantied you will get your money reimbursed. “Here is where it gets good.” Now that you have been compensated by the credit card company they will want some explanations and money back. So your bank’s legal department will go after paypal directly or the scumbag that they are protecting. Paypal will not release any information of its members to include scammers unless hit with a subpoena to do so. From there it go’s to court if need be. If enough people start doing business like this and paypal keeps protecting its scammers they are going to have one hell of a legal battle and will be forced to change there policies and make it harder for people to grab your money and run. Hope this helps. I too hade to find out the heard way but did my research so that hopefully I can get the word out and hit paypal where it hurts. I have no grudge with paypal however I feel they need to give people what they advertise. “Buyer protection and pice of mined when sending money” Take care -- Tony
