standardized "test" for efficiency? You feed the woofer 1W at a distance of 1 meter, how can that be so hard? They should give you 2 specs, one for sealed box and one for ported. On the Infinity Kappa Perfect 10's they give you a number that has the box "in car" making it much more efficient. Cooking the numbers, basically. The prob with those 10's is that it has the dual 6-ohm voicecoils as well. That means I have to suffer with running the amp at 3 ohms per channel(less power than 2-ohms per) or 1.5 ohms per channel, and the amp is not stable that low, and I don't want to risk burning it up like that :(
