yield the vast majority of answers being seeked, and sorting by date helps to get you into latest discussions which is good since some things have drastically changed over the years. You'll notice it's more or less the same people/"vets" who are rude, so just take it with a grain of salt, they spend a shit-ton of time here and feel like every open-ended post is directed to them, so some are unable to let things slide. And many of their behavior is accepted by site admin so it just comes with the turf. The internet is rife with childish behavior, TTnet is no exception. Definitely stick to asking and searching in tech for technical stuff, too many people seem to be posting technical questions in the general forum. There really is no other site that I have seen as resourceful as this one for any car, so make good use of it!
