| If a newcomer first reads the Tech Pages (Found up on the Header Bar), or at least scans their contents prior to posting: the likelyhood of requiring a search is greatly reduced. Second; the "Tech Forum" maintains a more forgiving atmosphere among its participants. New members are more likely to receive a direct answer to their questions by posting in the Techical Forum.
