So around 4:30pm EST yesterday one of my coworkers comes running into my office screaming. Mike! Mike! You have to come quick somebody has crashed into your car. I am thinking no way, how can this be I am frickin parked in a parking lot outside of our office complex. See I am not driving I am right here, see these are my keys. She said no I am not kidding this is serious. First thing I did was go over to our second floor window to take a peak. Sure enough this Firebird guy had his car all up on mine. I ran outside and did not even acknowledge the guy that crashed into my car because I was so stunned and pissed off at what happened to the front of the car. I don't think I spoke one word to the kid or even looked him in the face until the very end when my Z got towed away. It was not driveable because the front left wheel is rubbed up against the inside wall. First person I called before anybody, and I mean before 911, my family, and the insurance company was Bernie. Haha, which is pretty funny but I needed his genius input asap because this has never happened to me before and I didn't know where to send the car to get fixed, etc. Pics are below. You can see the guy must of spun out and drove up over the sidewalk in order to hit my car. Yea it's sad and depressing I know. Supposedly, my coworkers in the parking lot said he came flying around the turn (after it just poured buckets) from off interstate 495 making a left turn onto the street that is right in front of my car. How he ended up almost perpendicular to my Z with his front end facing the wrong way on that side of the road is beyond me. Oh yeah he got to drive his car away with a huge dent in the door, while we watched mine get towed, that was pretty sweet. And so I am left driving the 96 NA (which is still for sale BTW) until the TT is all fixed up. I am hoping it doesn't take too long. This sucks!
