Message things...

The GT2560R is a good performing turbo, but if you're going to go through the work for aftermarket turbos, you may as well get the larger GT2860RS. It has higher output with only slightly more lag (which I'll address in a minute), and it won't cost much more (if anything).

As for the lag, there isn't much on a healthy Z with proper supporting mods. The GT2860RS is basically the same as the JWT Sport 700 or the HKS GT2530 (both turbos are capable of pushing Z's into the 10's, by the way). I have GT2530's on my car (full 2.5" exhaust with old-style SZ downpipes, stock manifolds, stock internals), and the turbos are quite responsive. Earlier today, I was seeing over 10psi of boost by just over 3k rpm (spirited driving, not even full throttle launch or anything), and just over 3500rpm there's a RUSH of power. I have no regrets about my GT2530's and would recommend turbos of their caliber (such as the GT2860RS) to any Z32 owner.

I love elitists who aren't really elite in any way... they amuse me greatly.
