Message your car is too stiff. Just a quick assessment of your set up, I believe the ST springs are a linear rate spring. If you switch to a progressive rate spring like the Eibach Pro kit, the first inch of spring compression is much more forgiving and will equate to a bit softer ride but during hard cornering, when the spring is further compressed, it gets stiffer for performance handling. Also a trick to a softer ride is to run the tire pressures a bit lower so there is more give in the tire. If the max pressure rating on the tire is 44 max psi, you don't have to run them at that psi. a 32-35 psi works and will give a bit more ride cushion. Beware of the 19" wheel and tire set up as that will make the ride stiff again with the even lower profile tires required for 19s and fitment on a Z32.
