Message	100+ and no noise or buffering. There is abslolutely no noise from this piece. It's pretty sturdy and does not flex and bend like you think it would. The other 2 mounting holes on the upper part of the frame rail were deleted. Did not need them and most people bolts are broken off in those locations anyway.
