After a week, I received (after I asked) an email saying it had not shipped. He expected to ship the package immediately. After a week out of town on business, a half week out of town at ZdayZ and another week out of town on business, I still have nothing. There have been no updates from the seller and he hasn't responded to the PayPal dispute emails. Not sure if anyone else is having any issues with him, but I'm pretty disappointed its got to this point. I am not sure if it is a scam or laziness but I've seen other interior sets come and go and I wanted to recover a set to swap out my tweed set (and still keep my original tweed intact in a box). Anyways, that is all. I will update if anyone cares.
