It is basically right now saying your screwed but that it should work when you get it. If it doesn't, your pretty wide open to interpretation. Say you'll pay $400 for removal plus shipping or just clarify that its your problem to get the motor out and back to Z1 and to what extent you'll fix the issue with the motor. It is nice to see your trying to fix it with the least impact to both parties but fix your documentation so it is more clear in the future to save yourself the drama.
