It isn't unreasonable in this situation at all. You fucked up, you bite the bullet. I haven't done much business with z1 but the few purchases I have made not one went smoothly. Then when you call z1 to get things sorted out you have to go through 3 different people each dumber than the last until finally you talk to either yourself or Robert. Both of you have been nothing but helpful to me and have always made things right. However your employees are retards.
