Potential buyers need to know that: 1) The quoted timing may not reflect the reality of when they'll actually receive the product. 2) They need to be prepared to pay 100% funds up front (that's always a concern in my book but I won't go there). 3) Communication from him may not be frequent or completely clear. 4) The price is lower than competing products. 5) The perceived quality appears to be good (although some of the pictures of the installations I've seen show more wrinkles/puckers than I'd care to see). 6) If all of the above are OK to the potential buyer, then they too should have a smooth transaction.
