Key words there being "I bet." You have no clue what was said or how intelligible the email was because you were not there or even involved in the conversation. Dee, and others on this post, are simply stating perhaps there was some MIS-communication because Ash's products are normally spot on, with the exception of delivery on certain made to order items. As a matter of fact, I have not seen you give any advice on anything of value yet...
