Message	unless you have access to a welder. Most shops don't wanna touch that kind of stuff cause they know you don't have cats and they can get fined out the ying/yang. You have to make sure you do it with the car there so you can get the anlges right when you weld on the 3" flange so it will bolt up right to the 3" downpipes.
