I left a message this morning on DSP's answering service, and when Gyro called back, we had a discussion about my car, and what could be the problem, hell, he even said that if there's still a problem after the break-in then he'd be willing to take a look at the car himself. I can't see why people say the customer service sucks with DSP, cause it's been perfect for me so far. We even discussed about some other things that sounds encouraging enough for me, so much so that I can definitely see myself doing more business with them in the future.I'm sure there are satisfied DSP customers on this forum but I just don't understand why they don't speak up. No, I'm not trying to kiss anyone's ass, I'm just putting down my experience with them so far.
