Message I used to have a hard on for it, and its been in the back of my mind as a possible Z mod for a while but frankly I dont have the guts or the know how. Supposedly adding a very small amount of H2 to your intake gas allows you to run way leaner fuel mix and get more power. Ohh yeah, It also makes it burn cleaner and emit a lot less carbon. A lot of Semi Trucks use it by running a fuel cell off the electricity to produce Hydrogen on board and report 25%+ improvement on fuel economy. I would probably just try it with a tank in the truck, something safe, a regulator and some plumbing. Tricky part would be knowing how to regulate the h2 to keep the volume ratio even, and I think I read it makes the O2 sensors read funny so im sure it would require an ECU program.

Its somethign Ive always wanted to try, but most of the companies that do H2 injection systems keep all the details proprietary, and a lot of the articles on people who have modded thier own cars are not particularly well put together, and/or done on some crappy 300$ junker that they dont care about messing up. Doesn't inspire much confidence to put my Z on the line.
