You may not want to do this because dash removal is extremely time consuming, but I had mine out to replace the heater core, so I went ahead and did it. I bought some epoxe plastic welding stuff (the stuff that looks like its in a syringe with two tubes) and then I lightly sanded the plastic of the dash and the underside of the vinyl cover thing so t would adhere better. Then I cleaned them both. Then I took some vise grips and some thin strips of wood. Apply the glue adn the put the wood on top of the dash and use the vise grips to hold it down. I used the wood so it would hold the whole dash down with only 4 vise grips and it evens it up. It may not be worth it now, but if you ever have your dash out I would suggest doing it.
