Message	A roof over your head and food on the table takes priority. If you're not cutting it THAT close, you may consider fixing it since it sounds like you'll have everything apart anyway. If you have a DD otehr than the Z, get together with some local Z guys and do it yourself. Good learning experience, and you'll save some coin. Good luck!
