Driven Authority! Recently I posted an ad in the classifieds from some later model TT calipers. I got an email from Tplsz (Joe Pecenka) saying he had some 94 TT calipers with 88k for sale at an awesome price. I was so excited I forgot to ask for pics or anything. So after exchanging emails and sending him the payment, I received them in the mail. When I looked at them I was shocked to see that they were rusted and oxidized, and it was missing all the hardware. I clearly was not happy, but then again this was my fault for not asking for pics prior. So I emailed Joe telling him my concern and he emailed me back very quickly acknowledging and attempted to locate the missing hardware. I was still concerned about the rust and oxidation. So I ended up taking them down to my local shop MATTZ GARAGE and DRIVEN AUTHORITY and had them sandblast it. The calipers looked brand new, like they came straight from the factory. They did an awesome job and I recommend their service to anyone. Matt of MATTZ Garage knows Z's inside and out. Kip of Driven Authority can basically order anything, and they are both wonderful to deal with. Anyways getting back to the calipers, Joe emailed me back and saying he found some of the hardware and mailed it to me USPS priority along with a $20 dollar check. The check was a price match to courtesy for the missing parts he could not find.
