I might be claiming absolute nonsense here but I'm 95% sure dynopac dynos are designed by a crowd in Christchurch...... most accurate dyno's by far !!!!!!!!!!! : As I said, there are no rollers. Your wheels are removed and your hubs are attached to two portable housings that use water resistance to simulate weight and road friction. Your car is also electronically hooked up to the control panel. Lets say you want to see everything your engine is doing at say 3000 RPM. You select 3000 RPM, and the dyno will take your motor to 3000, keep it there, and show EVERYTHING that is going on in you engine. I'm sorry, I wish I could be a lot more technical about it's operation, but I have only seen it once. After this weekend I will have a much better understanding of it and will be glad to post what I have learned.
