Message	have hired help for his "business". And I've seen him routinely use the "we" term when responding to people on this site about customer service issues ("we've been busy with...", etc.). His reputation is in the gutter and won't improve anytime soon just because he has finally delivered some of what was promised many months ago. If we can go a year without a weekly posting of "Has anyone heard from Ash?", that might raise his reputation from the gutter to dirt status. But I'm not holding my breath. I'm glad you got your parts - you appear to be one of the privileged few.
