| I remember back when I first met Russ and he was still having a start up shop with a bunch of friends. But look at Z1 now they are a solid performance shop, they carry alot of products for the 300ZX in stock, there prices are good, and there mechanics have alot of wrench time. If you can't work on your own car in the Atlanta area there are a few choices. 1. Z1
2. Balanced Perforamnce (they been around alot longer than Z1 and have specialized in 300ZX and etc they just don't make the big numbers that Z1 does)
3. R2B2 (used to be AAP motorsports, mostly Supras, some 350Zs)
4. Mahadavi Motorsports (they do work of all sorts but are know for Hondas) I think taking your car to someone who works on them day in and out is really one of the smartest things you can do. In putting my own car back together I had to scratch my head and say hmm where was that connector to again, hmm this bolt looks familar, oh I think that was the proper tech, WTF is is this stupid hose for? And that is simply because I am not working on it day and nite. So why not take your car to someone who works on it day in and day out. As far drama and etc remember one thing they are people too, they get pissed of with people constantly talking smack, and lastly they are not that much older than the general crowd here. I have seen them grow over the last few years and I actually proud of what they have accomplished. I am not a Z1 promoter far from it I prefer to do everything myself if I can or got the time but there is no point in dimenshing the effort and strives they have done where nobody else would have. And that goes for every vendor here you guys may think they are just making money off you guys but thats not it, many put there own cash where the mouth is to have stuff available for you guys.
