Message remove the Rear Oil Seal Retainer instead of just using a seal puller to yank out the rear main. The Rear Oil Seal Retainer has a gasket that could probably use changing. Also get the Oil Pan Rear "Half-Moon" Rubber Gasket, which you can replace when the Retainer is off.
Definitely replace the Rear Driver's Side Turbo Coolant Hose.
Transmission Front Cover Seal.
Transmission Rear Seal.
New Clutch Fork and Pivot Ball are cheap, and I'd do them for peace of mind.
